Seattle WineTrail
During the second Saturday of each month, four wineries in South Seattle open their doors for tasting -- Fall Line Winery, O-S Winery, :Nota Bene Cellars, and Cadance Winery. If you happen to be in Seattle on one of those lucky Saturdays, make sure you are in or near the Pike Place Market. There, you can experience a number of wineries under one roof at The Tasting Room - Wines of Washington. Also, drop in on tiny Market Cellars Winery. It is amazing to realize that there are an untold number of non-bonded "wineries" throughout Seattle in garages and basements. Members of the Boeing Wine Club purchase over 50 tons of grapes each year for their winemaking hobby. The wineries of Seattle WineTrail represent the select few that have gone beyond being a "garagiste" to fulfill their dreams on a commercial scale.
