Northwest Washington WineTrail
On the Northwest Washington WineTrail, diversity rules and our palates celebrate. Nine establishments offer fruit wines, hard ciders, wine from local crops, and Bordeaux-style products made from Eastern Washington grapes. Often the best time to visit these wineries is in the spring during the annual Tulip Festival in Skagit County. Miles of red, orange, purple, and yellow tulips greet you in the valley, as do the tasting room hosts as visitors flock to enjoy their fresh spring releases. From Bellingham to La Conner, there are plenty of places to stay and dine while on the mainland. We suggest that you budget at least two days for the Northwest Washington WineTrail. Cheers.
