Vinland Farms

Located in Redmond Vinland Farms is open to the public by appointment only under the cedars in nice weather or in the kitchen if the weather is inclement. Owners Curt and Sharon Goodman focus on natural fruit wines including blueberry, red cherry, white cherry, cranberry, apple/honey, peach raspberry, apricot, strawberry, strawberry/rhubarb and peach/honey. She’s also dabbling in some unusual “fruits” including beet, orange/raisin, banana, and rice/raisin. Production is limited to about 300 gallons (about 52 cases) per year. They encourage WineTrail enthusiasts to call and sample their wines. Tastings are in the garden if the sun is shining and in the kitchen when it’s not.
