St. Regulus Unique Wines
Winemaker Dave Rule developed his own fermenting equipment to produce small batches of reds, whites, and rosés — hence the “Unique” in the winery’s moniker. An image of the 11th-century St. Regulus tower in Scotland adorns these wine labels. The winery is located in Weiser in southwest Idaho, which is also where Dave and his wife, Judy, reside.
