Offered our first wine, Release Number One, for sale in bottle for the first time during Spring Release Weekend, the first weekend in May 2006
As of May 23, 2006, the spring blending trials are complete with “Release Number Two” now complete and together in barrel. Partial, preliminary blends for “Release Number Three” and “Release Number Four” have also been set aside for the future.
