William Church Winery Cabernet & Sur La Mer Bordeaux blend Release Party

We are throwing a French themed release party to celebrate the first release of our Bordeaux blend called "Sur La Mer"! Plus many have been waiting for the next release of our Cabernet Sauvignon after a years absence so it's a double release party! The 2007 Cabernet is 90% pure; silky Cabernet fruit with 10% beautiful; flavorful Petit Verdot. The combination is spicy and structured loaded with flavors of blackberry; black currents & roasted coffee you'll want to drink now and put some away for the future too.

"Sur La Mer" is classic blend of 40% Cabernet; 20% Merlot; 20% Cabernet Franc; 10% Malbec & 10% Petit Verdot. Refined & elegant the black fruit flavors of this wine are smooth and superbly balanced with a plush mouthfeel that lingers on and on. The name means "on the sea" in French & has special significance to us. Come try these wines and find out the special meaning when you visit!
