Seattle, WAEver wondered why wine glasses come in so many different shapes, sizes thicknesses and cost so much? Be prepared to get all the answers and more with Joel Simon of Spiegelau and Riedel. Joel will walk you through a wine tasting featuring three of the brand new Spiegelau Hybrid glasses which will then become yours to take home at the end of the night! You can even complete your set with special promotions on glassware class night ONLY! Please note this class is a stand up cocktail party style format with up to 40 participants. Reservations can be made on the Dish it up web site. Please note that when purchasing cooking classes online, your seats are not confirmed until you receive a receipt in the mail via US Postal Service. If there is no availability, you will be notified as soon as possible by phone or email, and not charged for your order.
