The mission of WineTrails^NW is to provide an online resource, publications and other wine touring accessories to make your wine touring easier and more enjoyable. The focus is on the distinguished wine country regions of the Pacific Northwest. We routinely update our database to reflect the Northwest’s growing wine industry with the goal to allow individuals to create their own “WineTrail.” For some, the notion of visiting a tasting room is uncomfortable—all that serious swirling, smelling and sipping. It’s all very intimidating. We’re out to demystify that and make this an enjoyable experience for all.

WineTrails^NW began in late 2005 to create a comprehensive, online resource about wineries throughout the Northwest. In late 2007, we published WineTrails of Washington, a comprehensive guide for visiting Washington’s tasting rooms. The guide became a best-seller in 2009 and is now in its fourth printing. Two other guidebooks – WineTrails of Oregon and WineTrails of Idaho have been released with critical acclaim. More publications are in the pipeline…stay tuned!
